In the plantation in the dunes near Blokhus you will find a natural playground, an activity area, and areas for picnics and barbecuing. There is also a natural oven where you can bake your own bread. The Gateway site is the starting point for several walking- and bicycle paths, and nearby there is a brand new mountain bike track.

On the site you can also try out the "fitness track" or go for a run on the running track to check how fit you are.

In der Blokhus Klitplantage (Dünenplantage) finden Sie einen Waldspielplatz, einen großen Platz mit Grill- und Picknickmöglichkeiten und einen Natur-Backofen, wo Sie Ihr eigenes Brot backen können.

Das Gateway Besuchscenter ist der Ausgangspunkt für viele spannende Wander- und Fahrradrouten, und ganz in der Nähe finden Sie eine neue markierte Mountainbike-Route. Von dem zentralen Platz aus können Sie auch den Trimmpfad und die aufgestellten Fitnessgeräten benutzen, oder beim Laufen Ihre Kondition testen.
